Went to dinner with friends Tuesday evening. Waited almost an hour to get our food order taken. Server either had too many tables or was inept. When she finally came to take our order, I asked for some rolls for our table while we waited, since we had been drinking at the bar prior to being seated and had been at the table for so long. She looked at me and said I was being mean to her, so she told us her manager would be over and another server would have to take over our table. My daughter has been a server for 20+ years. Had a great lunch there! Highly recommend!
I ordered my steak medium rare. It came to me lukewarm, dry and tough. It clearly was not medium rare. No juices on the plate, clearly over cooked. I had the sweet potato with it. It was cold, couldn’t even get the butter to melt. They reheated the potato. They offered to cook another steak but I declined as my husband was already done eating. They were kind enough to remove the cost of my meal from the bill.
Nice relaxing on the river restaurant. However; We were put inside with no view because they were crowded. Our meal for four cost $168; way too high for hamburger, fries and no view.
Fantastic food, great service and we loved being seated outside overlooking the river and the city just after sunset. A wonderful experience!!
I love the salmon at buckheads! Haven’t had it for a while. It was as good as always. The bloody Mary’s are pretty good to.
Some of these petty complaints are humorous This place is a restaurant. The fish was excellent and everything else was great Check it out.

The service was slow, the food was luke warm but the view was spectacular!
Food was okay, service was not. Burger not dressed to order. I would have ask for the right fixins' but our server never showed and wasn't willing to wait another hour for a burger. They gave our call ahead seating to someone else. Just didn't see the value in a 3 1/2 hour show. Will probably not go back.
