My first time going to ENT and I couldn't be more happier starting out with Buckhead ENT. I am very sensitive when it comes to my ears. However I went in for an ear cleaning and Danielle did an amazing job with makin me feel comfortable, at ease, talked me through everything, showed me everything (my choice) that was happening with my ear. I got the SO EXPENSIVE allergy test, and the doctor spent an hour commenting on my skin conditions, told me the results, but required that I return for another visit to go over them. I'd rather start fresh with another doctor than continue here.
Vienne!!!!!!!! She’s the best and super knowledgeable and friendly. She helped me to figure out what was going on and even made other suggestions that have helped me improve other areas of my life. I wish she worked in primary medicine 🥴
Billing department failed to send bills to proper address given causing them to go to collection luckily I got it handle before it went onto my credit report, when I addressed the issue the billing manger Veronica showed no concern!
