Always a friendly staff and the doctors are always friendly and willing to answer any question.
Excellent customer service with everyone there along with the eye exam that the doctor gave.
The eye doctor and staff were very nice. Unfortunately, my frames put too much pressure on my nose and caused sores/blisters. They are not willing to replace the nose pads or frames without additional charges. I was told if there were problems I had thirty days to return...then when I had a problem they are not able to replace the frame or even the nose pads without me paying for new ones. So be warned all sales on frames are final.
