BVC is amazing. The staff is so caring and helpful and the doctors are top notch. They make my daughter feel very comfortable when she is extremely nervous about her eyes and glasses. Great for the whole family.

Love the doctors there, but I agree with the first review, "a cple" of the receptionist could be a little more friendly
Very disappointed. First pair of glasses the frame was cracked. Dr. said to order new ones. Second pair the bifocals weren't in the correct place. Third pair was exaxtly the same. They refused to look at them or send them back. Spent $200.00 on glasses I haven't been able to wear. Have got glasses there in the past with no problem.
