When other contractors didn't want to really give us the time of day before making a wind claim with our insurance, Tracy stepped in and helped us through the whole process. He made sure to meet with us periodically throughout the claim and even met directly with the adjuster. Really can't recommend them enough. The crew was fast, courteous, and professional. The end result (vinyl siding on house and roof on shed) far exceeded our expectations.
From start to finish, Buckeye Vinyl provided an absolutely perfect customer service experience!! Tracey always answered his phone or returned calls promptly, worked with me on cost for installing a new roof, was there on-site to monitor and inspect the installation, and even arranged guys to come out after the job and remedy a concern I brought.
