Horrible horrible. The assistant was rude , didn’t have any patience with my horse. And billed me separate for my coggins. Won’t recommend to anyone. I’ve heard nothing but bad things about them... especially with billing .
I’ve only worked with Dr. Keckler but he’s always been wonderful. As a young professional just starting her career in the industry I love that he allows me to apply my education and schooling by playing an active role in the care of the horses I look after.
All of the vets and staff at Buckeye are professional, knowledgeable and all around great! We are so blessed to have veterinarians of their caliber in our area!
Traveled from NW Ohio to see Dr. Keckler with two of our OTTBs that had very different types of lameness. The atmosphere and care provided were a welcome surprise compared to our local vets bedside manner. He provided a thorough, comprehensive exam for both horses and we left feeling like we had a solid direction to go in. Will come back if we need to!
I am so happy with Buckeye Veterinary Service. Through the years Dr. Keckler has patiently listened to my concerns, correction "actively listened" to my concerns. . interjecting his brand of wit and of course his vast knowledge and good horse sense... end result... happy horse, happy horse owner :) Thank you !!!!
Called last night with the farm owner's horse colicking. Dr. Shaw was there in under 35 minutes. Wonderful care and the horse looks great today, despite a pretty serious displacement last night. Thank you Dr. Shaw!!!
