They always do a great job for me !!
They are the only ones that I trust. I live far from Fredericktown, and it is worth the additional cost for them. They always get it right and are always professional! When dealing with something that could burn my house down if done incorrectly.....it HAS to be right. Thank you for not disappointing and always satisfying!!

Very honest people and their staff is world class.
High priced service call and when I spoke with the owner she was very rude. I told her to go ahead and cash my check but she has lost a customer. It has been 2 1/2 months and the check has not been cashed. I will never recommend to anyone.
They serviced my pellet stove yesterday. From the moment I talked to Candy on the phone to make an appt, I was immediately comfortable with this co. Candy walked me thru their process, they arrived on time, were professional & did an outstanding job! They've got our recommendations and our future business -----
great product Harman stove. installation leaves a lot to be desired. called back for follow up ridiculous prices once you buy from them seems like that's all they care about
Great when I first bought the Harman furnace. Now that I have had it for a long time and need a service call was told today the earliest they can get to me is December 7th. would not be so bad if was not what I use to heat my entire house.
