Really high costs including ridiculous "travel costs" fees. BPS was the only company in the area who could do warranty work which is why we used them. Then, unbeknownst to us, and without telling us, they reset the test cycle to a different day. After not hearing the generator cycle on, on the same day and time, we questioned whether the unit was even working. My husband called and they scheduled a service person to come out. He was here for 5 minutes, checked the unit and said they had set the test cycle for a different day... read more

BPS gets an A+ from my company and I. I can't even count how many times I have rented equipment from them. Matt is extremely easy to deal with on the rental and sales of their machines. He has always provided fast deliveries of equipment when we are in a bind and always goes above and beyond for us. Won't buy or rent from anyone one else!
