Our company has been doing business with BPS for quite a few years, and have had a good working relationship with them. They come out twice a year, Spring and Fall to do checks on our generators. After the check up we get detailed reports emailed to us. They show up when they say they will, and do a great job. All the employees I've interacted with have been very pleasant to work with. So if your company has generators and you need service go with BPS, you'll be in good hands.
Very communcative and ti.ely. technician was very knowledgeable and helpful with all issues and recommendations.
I called this company for a residential generator. Even though the service guy seemed to know what he was talking about was at my site for a few minutes and did not use a tool. The bill was close to $650. Definitely a company to use for commercial but not residential.
Great service, but very expensive.
Professional, friendly people, great service and now all we need is the price to come down some.
