They have taken great care of my needs as a excavation contractor more than impressed
Bad service.....again. they do not service their non-professional customers very well. If you are not a lawn care business, do not use BPS for maintenance and repairs. No communication at all even when repairs are repeatedly delayed. No attempt at customer retainage even when I have bought lawn care equipment in their store.
Bought an exmark zero turn from Buckeye Power Sales thru the internet. Traveled over 5 hours to pick it up. Blown away by their showroom and service department. After we figured out the deck was to big for the trailer I brought they dropped the deck and loaded everything on for me without a charge. We bought a Scag mower yesterday. Gary Conrad is a very knowledgeable employee and a valuable asset to the company. I would highly recommend Buckeye Power Sales.
Friendly and expert staff helped my wife and I pick out the right tools for our first house. We had heard great things through friends of ours and decided to see what BPS was all about. Definitely worth the drive down from Dublin. Highly recommended.
We ordered a snowblower from the website for pick up in the store. Shortly after submitting the order my phone rang, they confirmed my order and asked me when I might be by to pick it up so they could get it all ready for me. When I arrived to pick it up, they loaded it in my vehicle for me and had it full of oil and gas so I was ready to go, they had also started it up to make sure everything was working as expected. I was extremely impressed.
Not at all ever honest in the time that it would take to service a mower. Never did anything to fix the situation. Would never recommend them to anyone ever. Awful customer service.
