BPS serviced our Kohler generator recently. Office/telephone support staff were excellent. They wanted to make sure we were to have our generator serviced ASAP. They called back quickly to alert us of same day service and approximate time of arrival. Service technician contacted us to inform us of arrival time. Technician arrived as promised.
