Terrible driver held up half a mile of cars refusing to leave the left lane.
They arrived at the time stated. Neat, clean and professional. Got the job done quick at a reasonable cost. I would hire again and strongly recommend them.
Toilet was installed 4 inches away from the wall and they left and we called and our contractor had them come back and they double charged us for their installation error. Staff did not speak to us just came in did the work and left. Disappointed, would not recommend.
Scheduled Buckeye plumbing to come to our house for a repair. Confirmed time between 8 AM and 10 AM. When no one showed up by 10:00, I texted and received no response. At 11:00, I called the office and spoke to a receptionist who informed me everyone was in a meeting. She promised a return phone call. At noon I called the main office again. Again the receptionist assured me someone would be right back with me. No one ever called back or came to fix my problem.
