This place is a nightmare. Here are just a few of their many, many issues: Bad management works random hours and never answers the phone. Nothing is ever their fault. Worst management by far. No adherence to the posted timings, don't provide all the information while singing the lease. Empty promises when it comes to the gym, barely any good equipment.
I been caliing for over a month and nobody answers the phone no matter what time of day and nobody is never there
Save yourself the headache and do NOT rent an apartment here. After living all across the US, I can for certain say that Buckeye Plantation is the absolute worst managed apartment complex I have ever seen. Nothing will get fixed when it breaks. The pool will be closed over half the year even though you are paying for it all year round. The management in the office likes to leave early; you are on their time.
