Very dusty.... turn on recirculation air because it will get in your cab
Unsecured parking lot for anyone to rent space and park. Lots of potholes in the dirt lot and gets bad when raining. Other then that it is in a good location very central and easy access to the 202 and warehouse district of phoenix.
Dusty but if it’s your companies drop yard then it’s better than trying to find a spot at loves or pilot which is always packed, also no portajohn or anything.
