I have the $20 membership for two cars in our household. I try and hit the car wash daily as weather and time allow. I have had good experiences at all 4 Mansfield area washes, especially the downtown (newest) one, which is close to my work so I go there a lot on my way home. Staff there is awesome. I've also used the Ashland and Marion washes. The washes all differ in their quality - some are touchless, some have brushes, some have tire wash, some don't. Considering canceling my membership again because it must be a day ended in why the vacuums are not well. I would say the vacuums suck but that's the problem. They don't you pay a membership fee. You expect them to at least upkeep on a few things what they don't. If I could find another local business that offered a monthly membership for about the same price, I would probably slitch n I've complained they complained both online and attempted to on Facebook.
