A few weeks ago they were out of pre soak and now they are out of spot free (Ontario location self wash). I went through the automatic in Ontario and as I was pulling out the soap from the other automatic got on my car and made it dingy and spotty. A few days ago at the car wash in Mansfield the kid wasn't paying attention to me or my car and it went off track. Plus the car was still dirty. The "free" vacuums are indeed not free.
Excellent car wash but if you pay for a $35 car wash, the employees should not be shutting stuff off that you paid for I signed a waiver and I have to tell them every time I go in there I signed a waiver not to shut anything off if I don’t, they shut stuff off that I’ve paid for But other than that this is the best car wash around here The employees should pay more attention to the screen instead of just pushing buttons no retractions get what you’ Paid for
