0.5 Star : Likely to Recommend Poor communication. Work not done as promised. 2 Star : Repair Quality Repair that was done was fine. They did not repair the tail light. 2.5 Star : Customer Service I emailed the shop owner after he gave me his card several times with no response. At the time of the initial meeting we spoke about the tail light needing to be fixed and he said he would take care of that, yet it never got repaired.

They had it a week linger than they said they would. They said they would have a loaner for me and didn't.I am very very unhappy!!
