4 Star : Likely to Recommend Not well rounded customer service. Some improvements would be needed to be a 10. 4 Star : Repair Quality Service was great but communication could be better. Some parts were initially left out from the repair quote and would have left only 90% fixed. I have full coverage insurance and why would they due a half of a job when you expect your insurance to fix any damage from the incident. 4 Star : Customer Service Service was great. I called periodically to check on progress and was not always greeted nicely as if I was bothering them because I wanted updates. Several times I was told I would be called back and was not. I have had it back for a little less than 3 wks and i have not noticed any strange noise or rattles and the cosmetic reconstruction of the damage is excellent. BCS went above and beyond by allowing me use of a loner vehicle while we waited on parts to be available.
