Horrible service department, took our 2015 Jeep Sahara we bought there two years ago to be looked at because it would pop out first gear. Told them the issue and that it was a safety concern for my wife because it has done it numerous times at intersections or pulling out on to roadways and she is worried it will pop out of gear and she will be t-boned. My husband took my Jeep in for a routine oil change and tire rotation on 3/14/21. The appointment was supposed to be at 2:30 and it was after 3:15 and my Jeep was still sitting outside not touched. My husband went to check in to see what was taking so long and was told they are busy and given a bunch of excuses. My husband asked when they change the oil to check the engine since I had the light come on at 68,000 miles and he was told they are too busy and to bring it back another time.
