Mike Martinez was very helpful in choosing a vehicle with the features I wanted and that was in my price range. He didn't try to sell me something that I wasn't interested in or anything above my price range. He was upfront and honest about anything I ask. Also has a good sense of humor, which to me is a plus since I'm a jokester. Lol, I would recommend anyone looking into a vehicle to get ahold of Mike Martinez! Fred in the finance was great too! very helpful and informative on how things go!

Worst customer service EVER! They tell me they don’t recommend me driving my car off their lot to get tires some place else, but yet they can’t get the tires in for a day and they have no rentals available!!!! Also the day I called they said to just stop by no appointment needed and they would take a look . I leave work early get to the dealership and they tell me they r on a 3.5 hour wait .
a major upgrade with there service department. just put it this way I would never recommend them to anyone even someone I hate. it took them from Feb. 25 to June 24. to fix a problem I told them what was wrong from day one. the had our vehicle that entire time except for 2 days which I had to replace a radiator that they broke. alot more to this story but I don't have all day. oh yeah I have to finish some of there work because they refuse to tighten and torque bolts.
Beyond frustrating with the service department. I will never be back and I will be giving all my business to spitzer in Mansfield. Save the time and hassell and go there instead. the customer service skills are beyond poor. I payed a $175.48 for new key fob and they want to charge me an extra 20 for an uncut slip key. Over $250 in total and still not fixed
On May 6th we took our 2017 Charger here to have 2 new tires put on and they scratched both wheels. The service manager took it inside and put it on a lift and had his boss come and look at it. They said they had a professional guy who would fix the wheels and that they would call us to set up an appointment... well its been over a month and we haven't heard anything from them. Very poor customer service! We will think twice before purchasing another vehicle here or have ANY service done here!
Bought my 2013 jeep wrangler sahara here over the weekend the sales team was awesome so ready to help me find the vehicle I wanted and get me a great deal! love my jeep! thanks Mike Monroe and the rest of the team for hooking me up!

Mike made our experience a great one. We saw a Wrangler on the lot that was just beautiful at the end of the day on Mondy and we're driving it nome the next morning. One of the best selections of Wranglers I have seen since I bought my first one 6 years ago. Highly recommend if you are a Jeep person.
