Three months ago we had him come out bc our refrigerator was icing up on the inside & not cooling correctly & the ice maker didn't work. He opened the door of the fridge & said he knew exactly what it was. He said it's a common problem w/ this brand (Samsung.) He looked up the part on his phone right then & there. He said if I wanted for him to order the part I needed to pay him for the part & labor which was $250. Very professional, fair repair price, quick repair. The service repairman that came to my home gave me a quick diagnosis and price of the problem. We discussed problems that I had with other appliances and he gladly fixed those as well. Now everything works. The price was right. I must tell you, I have had other companies come to my home who are late, don't show up, don't call ahead, want to charge me for an extra trip to pick up a part or a tool that they should have had in their truck, etc. I could go on and on.
