RecommendedWe appreciate B&B cleaning for 1) being easy to contact, 2) offering automatic payment option, 3) being very professional, and 4) accommodating us so easily. Our most recent cleaning tech, Melody, is the best one so far. She is careful, cheerful, and hard-working. If she was uncertain about things, she asked me how I wanted to handle it. She is great!! It’s been a very wild couple of months. I haven’t had a chance to do house cleaning. I needed a way to get my whole house clean at one time. Buckets and Bows came today at 11 and they did a fabulous job!! Worth every $! Now I can exhale and move onto my next appointment with a clean house!!
I have been using Buckets and bows for a while now. I'm always excited to come home to a fresh and clean house. I mostly appreciate how it's the same person every week so I know the same quality will repeat itself week after week.
My house was already pretty clean with new furniture. The team sent in 3 people to clean and apparently they spent 2.75 hours there. Even after being charged for nearly 8 hours of cleaning, the team had to send someone else back to complete the job because they could not reach any blinds to dust (my ceilings are average height). My house is less an 1,300 square feet. I do not know what they cleaned for this amount of time but I will never be using this company again.
My house looks Great!! Service was extremely professional!
