Disappointed with Unexpected Fees I contacted Buckeridge Door because their website advertised free quotes. An employee contacted them and there seemed to be some miscommunication. I was told by my employee he called them for a quote, and we were sent an invoice for over $100 for a trip charge. I called and tried to explain the miscommunication and they reduced the invoice to $65 dollars and pushed it back on us that they were called for a service. My garage door broke so I called Buckeridge Door Monday morning and in 30 minutes they were here. Fix all and now is like new !!! Víctor is very professional and did an excellent job. I will always call them for my garage door.

We got a new garage door and openers from Julie and Charles, owners of Buckeridge. Pricing was competitive and the workmanship was excellent. Service technician made adjustments so that we would have just the right rails and clearance for our particular opening. He cleaned up thoroughly and even helped me program the new door to my car’s preset built-in system. Our new system is quiet and much better insulated than our original door. I highly recommend this company!
