Great Selection Very Helpful Staff My spouse and I visited Buckstove last week while looking for a new fireplace to replace our older wood fireplace. We were pleasantly surprised by the large selection of fireplaces on display on the sales floor. We had been to other stores but none offered the amount of choices that Buckstove does. Shiesters When I tried to get my money back on a fireplace insert, because I found something I liked better the owner started yelling at me telling me I couldn't possibly have seen everything they had to offer at Buck Stoves because it wasn't on display. I told him I had indeed seen everything EVERYONE had to offer because I had been online, looked at all the brochures and had been all over the bay area looking at these inserts.
