I have two gas fireplace inserts that were not working and had not worked properly since they were installed back in 2017. I had resigned myself to the fact that I was going to have to replace both fireplaces. I spoke with Jason and Brad at Buck Stove and they indicated that it was unnecessary to replace the fireplaces until they had a chance to check them out.
