I can't say enough good things about the entire staff. First, this was the second store I went to and they were very honest with the pricing right up front. I want to trust people I do business with, and I got that feeling on day one. We ordered our spa and needed it before a specific date, the tub came in the evening before, and Jason had scheduled me in and got it installed on time. I have two gas fireplace inserts that were not working and had not worked properly since they were installed back in 2017. I had resigned myself to the fact that I was going to have to replace both fireplaces. I spoke with Jason and Brad at Buck Stove and they indicated that it was unnecessary to replace the fireplaces until they had a chance to check them out.
