My wife and I have an old Buck 26000 model wood stove that was manufactured in 1979. Well, wouldn't you know it, but during the ice storm last weekend the blower motor decided to take a crap on me. I had a great experience with Buck Stove Pool & Spa in Greenwood, SC. Kacy and a few other staff members were incredibly helpful and friendly from start to finish. They took the time to understand my situation, gave me multiple options, and never once tried to push me toward the most expensive choice, which I really appreciated. They also went above and beyond helping me resolve a shipping address issue, walked me through a return and what to expect, and quickly made sure a missing item was sent out to me. Hard to even give a review. Since Nov 15th I Stopped in 3 times before I got someone to ck my hot tub. Was supposed to get a call w a quote. I called them a few times and and after a month from their visit...nothing. Thanks for nothing Greenwood Buck Stove. Zero stars. Been 2 weeks since I posted, the response by Buck stove was just like all the calls I placed…nothing. They should at least tell me they don’t have a clue so I can plan what I will do.
