As someone who runs their own business I’m pretty disappointed . I had made an appointment through a paid promo they were running online ,for a screening and a first time adjustment. I took off work and booked for a date that was open on the appointment time : Never had my appointment accepted , nor did I ever get reached back out by the team . I had learned about Dr. Bouchard‘s practice during a wellness day at the YMCA. I took advantage of their discounted x-rays and first exam after a quick evaluation at the YMCA. Our family has a history of scoliosis and at 65 years old, my body was kind of feeling a little sore and stiff. They’re scheduling was very flexible and I was able to get in the following week where I had my x-rays and first exam done. I have had a number of Chiropractors over the years and Dr Mark is the best. I get a great adjustment every time. The entire team is awesome. Comfortable, family friendly environment.
