Simple job to replace a power steering pump took over 30 hours for a 3 hour job tops even after they gave me a guarantee the job would be done on day one... after I got my car back the problem wasn't fixed and they told me it had another problem & on the drive home my head light went out & the steering was not working, I called 3x and they never answered my call & charged $350!!!
