A great place to live.
I have had a great experience with the Buchanan Park Housing. Ivy at the office has always been wonderful, from the moment I called to request a tour, move-in process, to maintenance and everything in between. My one bedroom was beautifully renovated with updated stainless steel kitchen appliances + a dishwasher, hardwood floors and fresh paint. I'm gonna start with the positives first. The location is great. Anything you could possibly need is only a few minutes away driving. It's a quiet community. The office lady is very nice and tries her hardest with any sorta issue you may have. So that leads into the negative, the maintenance people are very slow to react with any kind of problem that may occur. That also leads to the big issue with AN ARMY OF CICADA KILLERS OUTSIDE OF YOUR PLACE! These huge cicada killers are everywhere. I kept hearing they were going to do ... read more
