John was responsive and friendly. He took the time to offer different options and made it my decision on how to proceed without pressuring one way or another. His pricing was very reasonable.
Did squeeze us in late in the day, but unfortunately feel that I was ripped off based on what multiple other companies have said. He did say my unit had a leak, but it would take too long to track it down then asked if I wanted him to fill it. I figured if he was willing to fill it that it should hold over for a bit to get us through the hot spell.
