Went in, hunched over in pain. The girl and other people in the office were having a great ole' time, chatting and laughing. I went in and asked for help, the woman said, "have a seat and I'll let them know." She dialed on the phone and talked to them, waited an hour and a half in the waiting room. Finally got in and they gave me a gown. After an hour of waiting, I looked outside to see the nurses and doctors piled up in the office of the ER. Eating their dinner and talking. I loved the service each staff member was very kind and was there at any point that we needed them. They made my son's first hospital stay a not so bad stay.
Way to slow in ER...6 hours or longer waiting to get help...
