Ever hospital has it's good and it's bad. I have been blessed to have wonderful experiences with both outpatient and inpatient services my whole life. And you will not find a better general surgeon than Dr JN Patel.

I went in the er because I fell a week or so before they done ct scan gave me muscle relaxers and crutches and sent me out a week later i went to Elkins wasn't there 10 min and was sent to wvu i broke my hip and it set up infection I almost died when it spread to my lungs they collapse so please if ur not bleeding to death go any where else I'm lucky I'm still here

I took my hubby in the other day and we was there 5 hours and then to just tell me if he keeps throwing and dirreha take him to his regular doctor

I would give it no stars if I could. I took my daughter in for flu symptoms in 2014, I got there at 7pm and the place was empty of patients and we didn't get out of there until 2:15am with no prescription just discharge papers that said go to your pcp. Oh and to beat it all they didn't put her insurance card in the system and now trying to take me to court over the full amount. I highly recommend anyone that has to go to the ER go somewhere else, anywhere else just don't go to BGH it is awful. They we even ranked in the top ... read more

I absolutely love this place everyone is so nice and they always go above and beyond for me and my family! I'm doing my clinicals their and everyone is treating me like I'm part of the team

I wasn't a patient but the 2nd floor nurses were absolutely wonderful. They made my mom completely comfortable and lessened her nerves about having her procedure done! Thank You 😊
