Extremely rude. Not sure who picked up the call but when you call this person wont even let you finish a sentence, her clinic is closing, wonder why.
Donna was able to get me in quickly and took the time to listen to my health concerns. I felt that I was heard and validated.

I have repeatedly have bad experiences with Buchanan herself. Many times I was led to feel ignored and dismissed, and often belittled. My latest experience cemented this, as I was wanting to discuss both therapy options and possible birth control, and discontinue my other prescriptions. Rather than even attempt to ask if I needed anything else, or even give me a moment to speak after mentioning the discontinuation, she told me “You’ll have to go somewhere else if you ever want this prescription again.” And immediately left t... read more
