Brendan and his team did an amazing job remedying our rotten condo deck. Great communicator, everything was done in a timely fashion and the cost was reasonable. Very clear about what things would cost and when there is any changes it was communicated beforehand which I appreciate because not all contractors are that clear. I would definitely recommend using Buchanan contracting if you need any help, Brendan has a great team!

Let me say this.. it’s very difficult to find a contractor that you can trust! Buchanan contracting is reliable, considerate, and has very honest pricing. They also have great communication which is something I greatly value.
