The staff was unmotivated, unhelpful, and pushy. I visited on a Monday, and there were no other customers in the store. An Asian girl staff was present and I asked to see one of the rings, but it was out of stock. I explained that I still wanted to get a sense of my size for that particular design, so I asked to try on other rings for reference. Although the jewelry here is beautifully and unique i've had to return my engagement ring twice due to manufacture defect. The first time my ring lasted only 3 months before the ring showed significant signs of wear. We were initially told because the ring was "used" we could not exchange it not even for the same exact ring and to fix would take 6-9 months ??? After I threw a hissy fit the store manager agreed to let us purchase a new/ deferente style ring and credit us the cost of of the first ring, We chose to do an upgrad... read more
