Although the jewelry here is beautifully and unique i've had to return my engagement ring twice due to manufacture defect. The first time my ring lasted only 3 months before the ring showed significant signs of wear. We were initially told because the ring was "used" we could not exchange it not even for the same exact ring and to fix would take 6-9 months ???
