Stay away! These guys don't deserve your money – I've made the mistake of going to them because they were close to where I live and it was easy to drop off my car on my way to work. Boy was I stupid to trust these guys. First of all they give you a really unfriendly attitude when you ask questions about the job. Would recommend to anyone – My car was making a noise like a lawn mower. Took it to Bucaro, they looked it over for free and ended up diagnosing catalytic converter problems. That's an expensive problem! They then told me to check with my manufacturer because there was a possibility of an 8 year 80,000 warranty on emissions. The only warranty I was aware of was the 6 year 60,000 mile warranty which had just passed due to age. But on their recommendation I called and sure enough the car was covered. Trustworthy – I like how honest these guys are. My struts were not looking good, but they still had some time on them. They told me they needed to be fixed, but it wasn't a high priority. And I walked out without spending the $600 I didn't have. Also, being open on the weekends and having a tow truck on call is an added plus when my electrical system went down on a Sunday (fixed same day). I came back to fix the struts and he remembered my car (6 months later). How cool.
