The food was good. The service was bad and confusing. Our huge table of 11 people came in with 2 birthday coupons (with the thought of splitting the bill). Turns out you can only use one 20 dollar off of a 40 dollar purchase per table. With that in mind, we ordered one 4 for 40 deal and a bunch of other food as well. The majority of the tab was not part of the 4 for 40 promotion. I wanted to thank Brian and Adam for making my surprise Birthday Party over the TOP !!!! The food and service was second to none! Their attention to everyone was outstanding.I would recomend that everyone consider BUCA as a 1st class place for any special events.You will not be dissapointed.Again thank you to all the staff for making 70 + guests feel so welcome .
We went for my birthday. We were seated in an empty section. A table with an obnoxious screaming toddler was seated after we ordered. When the food arrived, we asked to have it boxed after a few bites because the next table was so loud. The server just shrugged and asked if the food tasted good. The manager boxed up our food, and when he brought it, we told him we were leaving because we could not enjoy our meal due to the noise. He didn't seem concerned. For the hubbys 65th the family and the grandchildren made a night out of it. Too much food. Lots of left overs. Service was great waitress very friendly. Fun night . More money than Olive Garden but this was more like family.... really enjoyed my hubbys embarrassed face as he was sung to by the servers. What a hoot. Dessert was sic.
