We had the best time at Buca di Beppo’s I took my mom there to celebrate her 79th birthday and had the time of our lives the staff was so friendly and caring it was unreal to go to a place that was that decent thank you for such a wonderful time. A special kudos to Adam/Brian manager
Just visited Buca for my first time. Hands down the best service I have ever had. Our waiters name was Matt. He could not have been more polite, funny, and charismatic. He really made the whole experience so much better.
Called a few locations for my birthday because I specifically wanted to sit in the kitchen... Burnsville took my reservation for a half hour timeslot... but when we arrived... our table had someone in it who just got their appetizers >:( manger was suppose to stop and see us at our non kitchen booth.... but never did. Food was great... server was good... but didn't get my reservation right.
