I love your food, but I have had a not so pleasant experience with your take out service... on multiple occasions now. Twice in row, I have called an order in by telephone, and told it would be ready in 20-25 minutes. Upon arrival 25 minutes later, I was told the food is not quite ready and I could have seat at the bar. The bartender then says "Sorry for the delay, can i get you a round of drinks while you're waiting?"..... and then charges me for the drinks?
