RecommendedWe were visiting from out of town, and we went on Christmas night and it was suuuuuper busy! The manager (or I assume that was his position) was extremely cheerful and polite about the whole situation and even ended up giving every table a whole Christmas cake from Carlo’s Bake Shop for FREE! 🙌🏻 Thank you!

No liquor to make a drink. Calamari with zero taste and not fried long enough. Hair in the fried mozzarella. Spaghetti and meatballs with no available spaghetti so they substituted with rotini. Clearly missed adding the sauce so a pound of pasta with a scoop of marinara and two meatballs. Fettuccine Alfredo also without the fettuccine ! Substituted with penne and once again dry as a dog bone. Even the waitress commented “yeah that looks dry” !!!??? $200 and a never again memory. #absolutelyterrible

Very disappointing Xmas meal. First time we ever ordered in. Food was to be ready at 3:15 - had to wait in car until 4:20. NO sauce on pasta, clumps of hard pasta, barely any pesto sauce on chicken & not enough green beans for everyone. No QA/QC. Husband asked to speak w/manager to 3 different staff members- no one came to speak to him, no one apologized. Never again will we bother to do a to-go order. It put a damper on our otherwise nice Christmas.

Dust/dirt/grime everywhere. broken & outdated fixtures. management belittling staff in front of guests and other staff. overpriced menu. outdated and dirty/smelly carpets and artwork. offensive artwork. no respect for Covid social distancing despite statewide guidelines. lack luster seating, dirty&wobbly seats and dining tables. cold/underheated/over-salted/bland/overcooked/mushy entrees. kitchen staff disputes heard in diningroom.
