Buca is always a good time. The food is plentiful, by design. This is a great place for large families and the staff is top notch. I highly recommend the lasagna. It's classic and not too simple with a fantastic taste. I have been to Buca several times...not once have I had a bad experience.
Sucked.Really was looking foward to the big meatballs we seen on the internet menu.We placed our order,then the waitress comes back and say's their out of big meatballs.W.T.F.So we asked if they had small ones.She had to check.Oh yeah we have those.When i got my order four little meatballs the size of a dime and 10 pounds of noodles with hardly any sauce that taste horrible.Only thing good was the Budweiser that was over priced.And had to look at a bust of the pope in the middle of the table.We was with a large group and we ... read more
I went there for New Years Eve around 9pm and got calamari and Rigatoni. By 2am I was violently getting puking in my bathroom and got sick for the next four hours and continued for the next two days. No joke, welcome to 2017. I sent a message to corporate but they were just like "well hope you feel better, no ownership for their mistake" and I was hoping to get a reply from the manager there in Columbus but to no avail. If you want salmonella eat there at your own risk!!
I made reservations days in advance since we had tickets to the Blue Jackets game. However, when we got there, they could not find our reservation, but I still had my confirmation email to show them. Miraculously, they had a cancellation and could accommodate us. As always before a game, they were very busy and service was quite slow. Generally Buca is a nice place for the family to eat. We went in on Christmas day and were sat at a table that was not cleaned and I looked under the table and there was dirty cutlery, sippy cups, used napkins and a bread holder. It was very nasty. The waiter advised they can clean it after we leave? Huh? The service was slightly below average as the spaghetti came prior to our salad and cheese bread. Not as satisfying as it usually is. Bad day at Buca!
We enjoyed a fabulous dinner! We were seated at the bar. A shout out to our awesome server/bartender Alisa. She was amazing �
Food is always great. Service was good even though it was packed.
Started working on the arrangements 2 months before the event and they weren't ready for us when we showed up. Server was great and did make up for it some.
Great food, friendly service...Can't wait to go back!
