Love that the table can share dishes. Service was excellent. Drinks were amazing. Would definitely recommend
We love Buca di beppo! The food is always wonderful but there is something missing at this location. It's usually just a few minor mistakes but combined it makes the visit not as enjoyable as the Worthington location! For the price EVERYTHING should be perfect!
I must admit this wasn't as good as it used to be. Several years ago, I worked at Buca and that's pretty much all I ate and I know how delicious it should be!Everything is top quality even homemade sauce. However, our meal at this location Downtown was mediocre (being generous). The sauce didn't even cover 1/4 of the Shrimp Di Fravolo and the Chicken Parm was barely browned. Very good ... we have always loved going there... but was dining in a group of 8 and 2 of the couples had $15 off coupons but we weren't allowed to use them ... we were informed that only 1 could be used per table even though each couple was paying separate ... quite disappointed In that aspect of customer service
Our visit was a mess from start to finish. Took forever to place our order, then main meals came out before the appetizers, then we all had to sit and wait for 30 minutes after our food arrived while they found us silver ware. Then the bills were all incorrect. To top is all off, one of the two managers had a attitude as if we were asking too much. And the list goes one. Worse dining experience ever.
It's pretty good if you like pasta and salad was very awesome
There are better places to get over priced pasta. Slow service.
We took our 8th grade girls basketball team to Bucca's after an OSU women's game. The food was excellent and the server handled 10 rowdy girls wonderfully. It was an excellent experience. We will definitely visit again!
