Food ok, Service is the worst!!! – So we had a reservation for 31 people. Only 29 showed up, and they wanted to charge us for the 2 absent ones. Question: If you bring communal plates, why do you want to charge per person then? The $27.00 per person was way too much for the quality and the taste of the food. TOGO not so good – Buca/Seattle WA - TOGO Sat 4/23/11: We love the family size dishes, specially the LINGUINE FRUTTI DI MARE. We had this dish as dine-ins and dine-outs, from the regular size menu. Great food and enviornment – Eat here all the time and it is always wonderful.
The best! – Awesome huge plates of delicious food! Try getting a seat inside the kitchen, the place is very cool and the food is incredible. Good service. A good place to take a date or a big group of friends.
A bad chain – We have tried Buca di Beppo on severa occasions. This is strictly chain food, frozen, etc.. Not good at all. With all the good family owned Italian places in Cleveland why bother!
They don't know how to estimate wait time – I have to agree with the "HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED..... If you go, make a reservation" wish I had read that before we stopped in at the Orland Park location for dinner. That review was written in 2008, but could have been now (they are still the same). Mediocre Food - Mediocre Service – Made reservations and recently went with a group of 8 people and was crammed into a booth with chairs added to the isle. With a few other tables in the same situtaion, made the dining room feel very cramped. The service was ok, considering how busy the place was for a Saturday night.
