Recommend It To The World I love this Bucca the food is GREAT!!! It's more then enough food for my family and then some. We really enjoy the family atmosphere. Whenever we have special occasions like anniversary with a large group or birthday party. We bring our huge family here, because they have great service and Excellent food!!!
Over priced The food here is quite good, but I feel it is way over priced. They say that the Buca Large should feed 4 or more but for the price paid my family of 5 has barely enough. The service is good and again the food does taste good if you like Southern Italian food. The restaurant always has a long wait during the weekend dinner hour, so if you are coming, come early.
My first time at this restaurant and the place is the worst. Every inch of the walls are covered in pictures. The food is poor. . The sauce taste like past. Pasta overcooked other dishes over seasoned. Evan the garlic breed was bad..how do you screw that up? Needless to say my last visit..
This place needs a manager who knows good food standards and service and then be give the restaurant with appropriate salary. Comments here are right, food and service were great and then some fool drove away good servers and replaced them with no experienced people without tring. The cooks made things to order but never had leaership. This was the place to go for great salad, good drinks and enters made with care. All of it is gonesnd that is a managers responsibility
A bad chain – We have tried Buca di Beppo on severa occasions. This is strictly chain food, frozen, etc.. Not good at all. With all the good family owned Italian places in Cleveland why bother!
Do not go in a large group – A group of us from work decided to go because of we had heard this place was amazing. I would have to say the salad was the bomb, drinks were okay, and the food was favorful and more than we could finish. With that being said the service was horrible. We called two weeks ahead and booked a table for nine. After we got there it took forever to get our drink orders from the bar, and food took even longer. Buca Di NoNo!! – The very first time going to this restaurant! When I arrived with my fiance, the hostess was not super friendly and when we clearly asked her for a booth, she called upon a male waiter to escort us to a table and we had tell the waiter that we asked the hostess for booth.
