Very great Customer Service – I recently went for my B-Day dinner and we had a total of 21 people. 12 children and 10 adults. Due to the number of people when I called to make reservations I had have a pre - fixe menu, which was all good. When my family and I arrived that night i'm not sure how it was mixed up but they made enough food for 21 adults. Decent meal, a bit tight and loud. – If you are looking to walk out stuffed, this is the place. I think the food quality and quantity is a good value, and the service was generally friendly and attentive. The tables seating was a bit snug, and I thought the noise level a little high for having conversation.

HATED WHAT WAITRESS STRONGLY SUGGESTED – WAITRESS STRONGLY SUGGESTED HER "FAVORITE DISH" OVER WHAT WE HAD DECIDED. WE HATED AND DID NOT EAT THIS SUPPOSEDLY SPICY CHICKEN DISH. HARD TO FIND THE CHICKEN. TOOK IT HOME DOGS WILL LOVE IT. LOVED THE SALAD AND BREAD. PROBABLY WON'T RETURN. VERY EXPENSIVE DOG FOOD. VERY EXPENSIVE MEAL.

Great Time For All – I love going to this restaurant. The food is great and the service is exceptional. Everyone makes you feel like you are with friends. My only critisism would be trying to get their on line coupons. It is very difficult, in fact the process is so difficult, I was never able to get to the point I could print out anything.

Favorite Italian Restaurant! – I have been going to Buca De Beppa for quite a while now and I try to at least once a week. The food is amazing and I would have to say that they serve the best italian food in the area. I am always pleased with how the accommodate the large groups that I come with, especially for family reunions! But I also don't mind just going in for a slice of pizza. YUMMMM!!!! – Great for families!! Nice American sized gigantic portions. Go with the chicken carbonara or the chicken parmesean. To die for!! I hear that have over 2500 pictures on the wall... almost like a fun house! Definitely recommend it and will keep bringing the family back.

lousy service, hungry customer – This review, sadly, is due to lack of service. We were looking forward to a Buca Di Beppo lunch. When arriving about 12:05 we were surprised to find only about a half-dozen in the lot. When entering, there was no one at the host desk. After a few minutes, a server went through to the dining room and said over her shoulder, that someone would be with us. After waiting another 5+ minutes, we finally left. Great food and atmosphere for large parties – This was our fourth or fifth time at Buca with a large, slightly rowdy party and they have never let us down. The food is always great and there's plenty of it, so expect a doggie bag. Never to return...... – I'm sure Bucca di Beppo will not go under to lose me as a customer, but I will never return to this establishment again due to the integrity of the management.
