The food at this location isn't as good as the Midvale one. At least that was the case with the mashed potatoes. Parking is a pain, but the food was prompt and tasty. Our waiter was very friendly and did a great job serving our party of 6.

Went there for Thanksgiving specifically because you had a Thanksgiving meal. We arrived 10 minutes before our reservation. We were seated 45 minutes later and then were told by our extremely burnt out waiter that you ran out of that food hours ago as he walked away. I understand that it's a busy day, but the whole reason we went there was for the traditional meal. It seems like you could have figured out from reservations how much food you would need.

Our waiter was so incredibly rude. He looked like we were bothering him when we were the only ones in the restaurant. Also at the start of his shift his uniform was dirty and he kept rolling his eyes at us every time we asked for something. It made us feel very uncomfortable and didn’t even want to be there

Travis is the best Buca Manager anywhere - I hate saying that, some other store might try to steal him away. - But its the Truth - Hands on, making sure the Corp. Recipes are followed to a Tee ~! - and care is taken in every Dish Served. I live in Magan 16 miles away, BUT even if I lived next Door to the one other Bucas in the valley in Sandy, I would Drive down-town to his Store - for the food is way better and the proper full Servings~! - Best Italian Food in the State~! - by far ~! good job.
