If you're planning on eating at this location , plan on waiting a long time for bread let alone your order. Oh and let's not forget your own personal portable AC in the summer or heater in the winter. It was so cold in there that people were eating with their coats, hats and seating tightly bunched together to stay warm. Of course we couldn't get a manager to come to the table. Pick a different location and hopefully it's a better experience for you.
Don't let this restaurant,The Salt Lake Location, park your car for valet service.They put a dent in my new dodge truck and denied they did it.I know they did because I had just got it out of the body shop a week prior and it was shiny new and they backed it into something where we had just had it fixed.They denied they did it and refused to take responsibility to fix it.
The food was amazing and the place so cool I have so much fun on yesterday night!!
I always feel like I'm at home when I go here. Great staff great food and great memories.
The customer service sucks. I am still waiting for a phone call back from the manager Kelly. She said she was going to call me back 2 months ago and never herd from her. I have called twice and left messages. We was going to come back for a family birthday party this weekend with twenty people. But we will go somewhere with better customer service.
I went there for paint nite the food was great but lighting for the event wasn't so good.
