We called Friday to make reservations for Saturday, the young man on the phone was very polite with great customer service! When we arrived the staff was polite and seated us right away. Our waiter was awesome and our food arrived before we finished our bread! My family ordered Spaghetti, Alfredo, Baked Ziti, and Prosciutto Stuffed Chicken. THE FOOD WAS DELICIOUS! We'll definitely be returning!

Very disappointed!! We had the worst service! He said that our order was big so it was going to take forever! Very sad and on top of it all it was my friend's bday and they didn't even bring him a scoop of ice cream! Very very disappointed no wonder I had not been back in a long time! I should of have read the ratings before we picked the place!
We had family drive in from Roy, Layton, and Lehi for our reservation only to find out they didn't have us on their books. We had an email confirming the reservation, drove long distances, and paid for parking but they refused to do anything for us. Not only did they refuse to seat us they were jerks as well. I've never had worse service. Do yourselves a favor and choose a different Bucca.
2lg meals salad and appetizer $168 before tip. Service was fine. The food had no flavor. Lasagna and prosciutto stuffed chicken. Stouffers lasagna is better at the fire house. The chicken tasted like nothing. For not for the pesto cream sauce it wouldn't have any flavor and the sauce was terrible. That was the 2nd time in8 months we've gone and will never entertain patronage again.
Great food, polite and helpful waiters/waitress, nice atmosphere, convenient location, clean bathrooms.
