The food is great, the service is great if you eat there but never ever ever do the take out. There are always late and items are always missing and sometimes they forgot you even ordered. If you like family style Italian food this is the place for you but be prepared for a wait.
New Menu, Good Price – This place is always great. God food, friendly service. We loved the old menu, but the newer items a nice change up. Our favs, the green beans and the chicken "salty Bongos". We have tried the one at Oakridge, but prefer the Campbell Pruneyard location staff. They are always friendly and attentive.
Great Service – Great service! I don't like Italian food too much but this hit the spot. Had chianti braised short ribs and chicken carbonara.
Awesome! Reasonably priced, tasty food and fun all around. Try the family style cannelloni with rose sauce, it's delish!The place is a little warm and the waiters don't come by all that much to check on your beverage needs but it's still a great place that is jam packed at all times, so it's understandable.
Great for Family Style This place is in a great location with a great atmosphere. The inside of the place is something I've never seen before. The pictures are hilarious on the walls! The food comes in HUGE portions which is just what I love and you can share with the people around you. Great for big groups!

Loud - good for parties – Definitely not a date spot, but awesome for large groups. The food was good. The Chicken marsala was excellent. I came with my family, and I was a bit shocked by some of the pictures on the walls. But everything fit well with the atmosphere they were trying to portray. I'd come here again.
Buca di Beppo Great Italian food with huge servings! Don't forget to ask the waiter/waitress how to order because it's very different than most restaurants. We've tried the chicken marsala and several pastas and they've all been quite good. The only downside is there's typically a pretty long wait to get in, although it might be less crowded than the one in Palo Alto.
