Delayed delivery, 14 weeks on a phone quote of 6-10weeks. Item is ok, pictures not representative of item. Better to go In store and see item, and make sure In stock than order online. Email response was selective and somewhat dismissive of my concerns. Lesson learned.
Very good seller. Made an appointment on Sunday and specified that i prefer text. They texted me to remind me instead of calling and waa courteous when i told them i need to cancel, even though they probably had to prepare for the appointment since i requested specific furniture for viewing. This is good customer service!
Absolutely love my new sofa from bubuland home it’s perfect, so versatile & comfy. Customer service was amazing too!
Finally found the sofa of our dreams - it was so hard to find a sofa bed that was aesthetic !! This is super comfy and the best part is that it’s so so so easy to convert into different shapes. Cole’s is all different colours, so much fun we love Bubuland home!
