Great customer service online. I inquired about the 6-12 week online delivery time, and they had the item I was looking for in stock and were able to arrange a delivery that same week! I also had a tricky couch of my own to get rid of, and they were able to also arrange for the old couch to be collected and removed for me all at the same time!
