They were great! Make sure you let them know all of your dogs quirks, I felt bad for their groomers because I didn't pay attention and realize the package they got included nails. My dogs got snappy with them, which is on me because they are very sensitive about their nails. No complaints, both Kodo and Kimber are happy and comfortable.

The ladies were so caring for our Benny. You can tell the staff and Jamie have a genuine love for animals and I know our pets feel it too.
