I realize the “busy schedule” and there was a supposed convenience of squeezing me in early. Squeezing me in early did not mean things would be completed sooner. When I arrived for pick up an hour and 45mins later, he was just being bathed. Bc of his ear build up and bleeding nails, we went straight to the vet which was $25 on top of the $30 grooming that should have covered both nails, nail packing if cut too short and ear cleaning. I was so impressed with the friendliness of the staff and the love they showed my fur baby. She looks so great and you can tell she knows it too!

I called to make an appointment with Jaime, the owner, whom we've been seeing for over a year, who knows what I want. I not only did not get her, which I was specific about, but I got a chopped haircut and ears that were not even. When I called, and left a message, no return call. Grew Too Fast, too quickly. Hiring amateurs.

We just left and this was Roxy’s first time. She went in willingly and they said she was a good dog. So friendly And welcoming, made a huge difference for my sweet dog.
