I’ve recommended Bubbles & Broomsticks to several friends. I very much appreciate how they customize their services to what a customer needs and wants. They do a great job and keep my house in good shape, something I’d never be able to do on my own (especially with a teen boy bathroom!). They always do an amazing job and I'm always shocked with how amazing my house looks after.
I along with my sister, who already posted her review, feel that we were treated unprofessionally by this business. She came for a walk through before the actual date of service so she knew the state of our house. We were given no instructions or notes before hand of what we needed to do to prepare. When they came I asked if I needed to do anything and I was instructed to make sure things were out of the way in the kitchen so I did just that I put extra stuff away. Highly recommend Bubbles & Brooms. Very professional and easy to work with. LOVE our cleaner Kristen. She has become like family but always maintains her professionalism and does an amazing job.
I’m very disappointed with the service we received. 3 people came for less than an hour then packed up and left. They barely cleaned anything. Our time was wasted because we could have been looking for someone who could actually finish the job. Andrea came out to give us a quote and saw what she would be working with so it was no surprise what our house looked like. Even with 2 extra people with her very little got done.
